How to make Snake Juice?

How to make Snake Juice?

Hi Youtube friends! It’s Lola from Lola’s Life Lessons and today I’m doing a requested video. You guys want to know how to make the snake juice, if you’re new to my channel hit the subscribe button and click that notification bell for future videos. Today I’m gonna show you guys how to make Cole Robinson’s snake juice. He has a bunch of different recipes on his YouTube channel. I personally like this version because it is the simplest. As I mentioned to you guys in my previous videos. I’m not a fan of the snake juice. However, my husband has been doing they snake diet and he has a pretty physical job and so he does need the snake juice throughout the day. So I make up his snake juice for him. So today I’m gonna show you how I do it and just in case you didn’t know drinking snake juice keeps your electrolytes and energy up while fasting. So before I start I want to tell you guys that you should check with your doctor first before making this or consuming this very important. All right, let’s get started. So what I have right here is a liter of water. I use spring water. Use whatever water that you want. Just make sure that it’s quality water. I’ve got my salt free here and I purchased this at my local grocery store. This is our potassium source, and if you’re having a hard time finding this in your grocery store, I’ve also seen it on Amazon. I will add the link in the description and then I also have here my pink Himalayan sea salt. So that’s it… Three things that you need. Oh, and you also need something to measure with. So I’ve got my one teaspoon utensil here. Okay, let’s start mixing guys, let’s start mixing this up. All right, let’s start with our Pink Himalayan sea salt. So we’re gonna need two teaspoons. That’s one. Okay, that is two. Then we’re gonna go with our potassium chloride or potassium source. That’s one… And that’s two. Okay, let me just move this out of the way. Okay… so as you can see I’m using the fine Himalayan sea salt you guys can use the rock if you like the course. The coarse I should say. You guys can use the coarse. I’m using what I have. So just give your water a shake. And there it is, that’s basically it. There is your snake juice. Please keep this in mind that everybody is different but my husband drinks the entire liter of snake juice during a 24-hour period. He also works out and his job is very physical. He also drinks up to 1.5 liters of just pure fresh water a day. Now for myself my job is pretty sedentary, I have an office job. So I’m sitting all day. I’m on the computer. So and I also don’t work out. So I would I would drink half of the snake juice and half of the pure water that he would during a 24-hour period if I were a snake juice drinker. Thank you so much for watching and share this video with everyone, you know. Well, thank you guys so much for watching. Please subscribe. Please like Please share and I want all of you guys to stay happy and healthy. Bye!
